We absolutely love Bubbies BBQ. They have the best BBQ in town. Portions are great for price. We love their Wednesday Rib special and have done a few catering orders for some of our gatherings. Always very pleased with the food and service!!! They have the best BBQ beans and the food is seriously very delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We really enjoy the food. Everything had the perfect smoky texture and flavor. The mac & cheese was yummy with a unique flavor. They also had bbq glaze salsa in the table for a perfect meal! We will be back!
First time … we were definitely pleased! The coleslaw was a bit bland —.but I’m also pretty sure it was house made so that also brings a different level of respect for it. Everything else was phenomenal— and I’m accustomed to traditional KC BBQ fare. This place holds its own with that bar. Will definitely be back… often.
Our first time here and we were very impressed with the food! Everything was delicious including every side. We got ribs, beans, Mac n cheese, jalapeno corn, and brisket. So so good we well definitely be back!!
Great service and good food. I ordered the pulled pork meat platter. The pulled pork wasn't dry and had nice flavor. Their mac n cheese was really tasty, cheesy, and creamy. My other side was the baked beans, which were sweet and had bits of sausage mixed in with it. The serving size of my sides were more than fair (instead of trying to dish them out of a mini styrofoam ice cream cup). I was really impressed with the service that I received. My waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I always appreciate feeling welcome walking into an establishment. I'm looking forward to returning.
*max n cheese partially consumed* Food quality is amazing! Meat is so tender and sauce is perfect. I got the brisket sandwich and their Mac n cheese. Everything was perfectly cooked. Service is amazing, place is clean inside and outside. I got mine to go and it was all neat inside the box. Mac n cheese filled almost to the top. Silverware provided.
I ordered carry out on election evening. I ordered the rib & meat plate. I chose pulled pork, BBQ Beans, and Mac & cheese for my sides. Ribs were outstanding. The seasoning was perfect, and they were very juicy. Pulled pork was perfectly tender and had that smoky flavor. BBQ beans had chuncks of meat in with them. I am picky about my beans and these were on point. The corn bread was a bit cake-like for me. But I appreciate you having corn bread instead of garlic bread. Food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and I will be going back. Need to try some tacos and the brisket. Looking for a new place to break up the monotony of chains, this is a great place to start!!
First time trying jalapeño corn. It was amazing. Has a small outdoor eating space in addition to indoor seating. Enjoyed my visit.
